What we collect when you send a booking request, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, one contact detail — either an email address or a WhatsApp number, whichever you gave us — the date you asked for, the number of people, and anything you wrote in the note field. That is the whole list. The form does not ask for your nationality, your hotel, or how you found us.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request and arrange the workshop. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other businesses, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

How long we keep it

Until the booking is finished with, plus twelve months in case you come back or a question comes up about a piece we shipped. After that it is deleted.

Who can see it

The family members who run the bookings, and the developer who maintains this site. Nobody else. Requests are stored on our own site's database, and email reaches us through our mail provider.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, which keeps your form session secure while you fill it in. It is not used to track you and it is not shared. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site. The map on the home and contact pages comes from OpenStreetMap: their server receives your IP address in order to send the map images, and sets no cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within a month. Message us on WhatsApp or write to the email address below and say what you want done. You do not have to give a reason.
